Production is small batch and hand finished to favour longevity over volume. Packaging uses recycled paper materials, and orders ship with tracked delivery from our United States, European Union, and Asia operations to reduce transit inefficiency. Haute Creations — Crafted to Order Policy
Each Haute creation is crafted individually to order for the client, according to the selected size, material and specifications.
Haute creations selected in 10K, 14K or 18K solid gold are final sale once production begins and cannot be returned or exchanged, as each piece is prepared specifically for its client.
Haute creations selected in 925 sterling silver remain eligible for the Maison’s standard 30 day returns policy, subject to the applicable return conditions.
Quality Assurance
Should a creation present a craftsmanship defect or differ from the confirmed order specifications, the Maison will review the piece and arrange a correction or remake at no cost to the client.
This includes matters relating to stone setting, alignment, finishing or any deviation from the confirmed specifications.
Exclusions — Solid Gold Creations
The following are not considered craftsmanship defects:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected at the time of order
- Wear resulting from normal use
- Damage resulting from improper handling
