Every Sant Leclère piece is covered by the Maison Assurance, providing lifetime protection against manufacturing defects.
Should a craftsmanship issue arise, the Maison will assess the piece and, where appropriate, arrange one replacement without expiry.
If your piece does not meet expectation within 30 days of receipt, it may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy.
Returns Policy
Eligible Sant Leclère pieces may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery, provided they remain unworn, unused and accompanied by their original Maison packaging and materials.
Once your return has been received and inspected by the Maison, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Personalised pieces, including engraving, bespoke sizing or custom specifications, are final sale once prepared by the Maison, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

From selection through to delivery and aftercare, your advisor remains your direct point of contact at the Maison.
Each piece is prepared and individually inspected before release, with continued support available throughout its lifetime with you.

We allow up to 30 days from date of receiving to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this) or we sent a wrong item.
As soon as a return is received at our warehouse you will get an email and we will automatically process the refund or replacement. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.
