Refund policy

Please note that returns are not accepted on custom-made or personalized items, as these are handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be resold. This includes:

  • Made-to-order solid gold jewelry

  • Personalized pieces (including those with initials, engraving, or custom specifications)

If you need to cancel or make changes to a custom or personalized order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order.

That said, made-to-order pieces crafted in 925 sterling silver — without personalization — are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and in original condition.

Return:

We allow up to 14 days from date of receiving to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this) or we sent a wrong item. 

As soon as a return is received at our warehouse you will get an email and we will automatically process the refund or replacement. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.

Exchanges and returns are only accepted on items in unworn, original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear.
