Delivery Timeframes

Complimentary on qualifying orders (see thresholds below)

Express Delivery

United States: approx. 5 working days
Europe: approx. 2–3 working days

Each order is dispatched from our fulfillment centers in the USA or Europe, depending on proximity and availability.

For clients who require expedited service, express delivery is available at the following rates:

South Africa: R525 ZAR
UAE: 110 AED

Order Processing

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (USA NY time) are typically dispatched the same day
Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day
Made-to-order pieces may require 1–3 weeks for completion prior to shipment

Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

We recommend using a secure delivery location. Once a package is marked as delivered by the courier — including photographic or GPS verification — Sant Leclère is no longer liable for loss or theft.

Should a parcel be returned due to incorrect shipping details or failure to receive, all associated return costs, including duties and taxes, will be deducted from the refund.
