Every Océan Émeraude Chain is covered by the Sant Leclère lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. Should a craftsmanship issue arise, the Maison will arrange one replacement without expiry. If the piece does not meet expectation within 14 days of receipt, it may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.

The Océan Émeraude may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece remains unworn, unused, and in its original Maison packaging.
Once your return has been received and inspected by the Maison, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

All of our jewelry is put through rigorous testing before, during and after production to ensure the highest level of quality and durability.
No problem! Should you wish to cancel or change sizes after ordering, please contact us within 24 hours of ordering to confirm adjustments.
We allow up to 14 days from date of receiving to request a return. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this) or we sent a wrong item.
As soon as a return is received at our warehouse you will get an email and we will automatically process the refund or replacement. We do not refund the shipping cost you paid. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return.
